As well as prior serving 6 tours in takistan, Kunduz, Hindu kush, chernarus & sahrani I varied in rank but at times achieved company command, in charge of 3 platoons of 16 and other times platoon command, in charge of 31 men [u][i][b]• Tell us more about yourself:[/b][/i][/u] My RP name is steve I enjoy a variety of video games with the mass majority being RP games and more so realism including titles such as Arma 3, Fivem, Ghost Recon and a variety of other games. And although I work I'm willing to put a lot of effort into the department using virtually all my free time to better the department. I enjoy mountain biking and other outdoor activities but will always be available if something goes wrong. [u][i][b]• Describe yourself:[/b][/i][/u] I’m a very hard working & enthusiastic individual which I feel could be refreshing for the department because as stated some of the previous command, discharged due to them not enjoying what they did. I also believe that when in such a role it's your responsibility to implement change while discussing it with others I feel as if I could implement change for the better of the department without inconveniencing people such as the gods (devs/staff). [u][i][b]• How will you lead the department?:[/b][/i][/u] As for how I would lead the department I would make a few minor changes for example I believe more merit should be given to people when they accomplish things however I feel we could make promotions more scrutinous and thorough so when someone was promoted they’d feel a greater sense of pride as the had to work harder for it. As well as this I feel the training could be overhauled because as an FTO myself I have seen various people have issues with the training and more specifically the lack of it in which they received, what I mean by this it wasn’t covering necessary stuff and a feel with a simple revision I could change this to ensure are officers know the right stuff before they become fledged deputies. [i][u][b]• What makes you special as a person?:[/b][/u][/i] I feel I have a lot to offer that makes me different from other candidates. I know I'm the most experienced applicant with over 5000 hours combined of police roleplay as well as a few thousand in milsims I also feel I can bring a new form of leadership to the community one in which I believe I will be able to boost the morale, output and overall standards of the BCSO. I also have some ideas regarding the organizational flow of the department and generally make it more efficient in the day to day stuff. More importantly I feel I am the most honest and fair candidate and if given the opportunity really feel as if I can thrive in the BCSO High Command, and its this I feel sets me from the others because what good does it make if we don't hold everyone, civilians and deputies alike to the same standards. [u][i][b]• Anything you want to point out?:[/b][/i][/u] I’d like to point out that my commitment to the Orbis BCSO has been unwavering and at times I pulled 50 hrs per week shifts for the department and feel as if I’m experienced as well as mature enough to make an extremely successful BCSO.
