Hi, my name's Lewis and my discord name is qaso. I am applying for this position for several reason. Firstly, I am very experienced in this position. (Yh I know might seem a big braggy like but this is an application, so you gotta be honest). I have been a staff member in several servers, one being a server called First Class RP, which had about 500 members at the time. At first, I was one of the community managers, along with 4 others. There were then 3 owners, I'm pretty sure. However, they thought there were too many community managers and so demoted two of us to admins. But then, I think they removed the admin role because the other guy was at head moderator, and I was at moderator. Although, after about a week then, I was banned. I will inform you why, as I feel you should know; it was because I advertised. However, on my behalf, I only invited one guy to my private discord server, which only had about 30 members. I wasn't planning to do anything with it; not make a new roleplaying server, or anything like that. It was just simply a private discord server. That dude then snaked me out and I got banned. A day later though, one of the owners thought it was a bit harsh and unbanned me, however, I didn't get my staff position back, which I could sort of understand, and I lost my position as lieutenant in the sheriff department. Bare in mind though, this was about a year ago, and I have learnt from my mistakes. I have also been staff in many other discord servers, starting with a server that is still around, named UND. This was my very first server that I became a moderator in, which was back at the beginning of 2018. I worked my way up to moderator, soon to be promoted to the next rank (which tbh, I have no clue what it was, and they have changed the server so much since I got demoted). I was demoted, for the reason of my lack of activity. Now with this reason of me being demoted, I disagree totally with it. I informed them that I was going to be inactive due to my exams, yet when I came back after some time, my position was taken from me.  Another server I have been apart of is a bot server, which is called Ghostplay, which had about 5k members. I think the server is still around, but has been deleted my Discord a few times, as the owner used to have rainbow bots, which are against the Discord tos. I started off as a helper, and worked my way up to moderator, and not long after, an admin. This was because the manager and the owner thought I was very fit for the position and they believed I had the potential to withstand it. There was a moderation bot as well, and eventually, the owner stopped working on the rainbow bots and focused on the legal bot, the moderation bot. I was staff in that server for about a year. I have been staff in two advertising servers, and I am still staff in one of them. Firstly, I was a moderator in Discord Advertising (which at the time had about 3-4k members), and was one for a few months. I passed the exams we had to take, but eventually I did leave because I believed that the things you had to do to rank up, such as taking all these exams, were a bit too much. The server I am currently staff in is The HUB, which has over 1k members. I am currently a helper, and hopefully, soon to be moderator.  I realise that I haven't been apart of this server for that long, and I haven't been too active in it either. If I have the potential to be staff in this server, I will change that. And if you want me to be more active and be in the server longer before I have a chance (if I have a chance) then I will.  I do have lots of experience in this position and I know how to handle a lot of situations. I am willing to help other staff member out if needed, and also any members if needed. As I've said, I've been apart of many roleplaying servers and have moderated in some. I know how things role, and I know this is different to them, but I have a gist of how all roleplay servers run.  I would appreciate it if I could get this position, but if I cannot, I just want to thank you for reading this, as yh it's very long, and I understand.
